JOZBEE Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 20, 2026
1. Introduction
JOZBEE Learning LLC (“JOZBEE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of children and families. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, disclosed, stored, and protected when parents, guardians, and children use the JOZBEE website, mobile application, AI-powered learning features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
JOZBEE is an educational platform designed for children, with accounts and permissions managed by a parent or legal guardian. Because our Services are designed for children, protecting children’s privacy is a fundamental part of how JOZBEE is designed and operated.
This Privacy Policy is intended to address applicable privacy requirements, including the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), where applicable.
By creating a parent or guardian account, providing any required parental consent, or permitting a child to use JOZBEE, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Children should not independently create a JOZBEE parent account or provide parental consent.
2. Our Approach to Children’s Privacy
JOZBEE is designed so that a parent or legal guardian controls the primary account and manages a child’s access to the Services.
Where verifiable parental consent is required by law, JOZBEE will seek that consent before collecting personal information from a child in a manner requiring such consent.
JOZBEE does not condition a child’s participation in an activity on providing more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in that activity.
JOZBEE does not sell children’s personal information.
JOZBEE does not use children’s personal information for targeted or behavioral advertising.
JOZBEE does not knowingly permit children to make purchases without appropriate parent or guardian authorization or applicable platform protections.
Parents and legal guardians may contact JOZBEE to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child’s personal information, or to withdraw consent for further collection or use, subject to applicable legal requirements and limited exceptions.
3. Information We May Collect
To provide and improve the JOZBEE Services, we may collect information provided by a parent or legal guardian, information generated through use of the Services, and limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, and support the Services.
Depending on the features used, this information may include:
Parent or Guardian Information
We may collect a parent or guardian’s name, email address, account credentials, subscription status, communications with JOZBEE, and other information voluntarily provided when creating or managing an account.
Child Profile Information
A parent or guardian may provide limited information about a child, such as a first name, nickname or profile name, age or age range, grade level, learning level, interests, preferences, or other information used to personalize the learning experience.
Parents and children should not provide unnecessary sensitive personal information through JOZBEE.
Learning and Progress Information
JOZBEE may collect information about activities completed within the Services, subjects practiced, questions attempted, learning progress, achievements, preferences, difficulty levels, and similar educational interaction information so the Services can provide an age-appropriate and personalized learning experience.
Homework, Images, Documents, and Other User-Provided Content
Certain JOZBEE features may allow a parent or child using a parent-managed account to submit photographs of homework, worksheets, questions, drawings, documents, text, or other content for educational assistance.
Users should only upload content they have permission to use and should avoid including unnecessary personal, confidential, sensitive, or identifying information in uploaded materials.
Voice and Audio Information
If voice-enabled learning features are used, JOZBEE may process voice or audio input as necessary to understand a request, provide interactive educational assistance, or operate the requested feature.
Access to a device microphone will be subject to applicable device permissions.
AI Interactions
When an AI-powered JOZBEE feature is used, information submitted through that feature—including questions, prompts, educational content, homework information, images, or voice-derived text—may be processed to generate the requested educational response.
JOZBEE's AI features are intended to support learning and should not be used to submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Device and Technical Information
We may collect limited technical information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services, such as device type, operating system, application version, diagnostic information, crash information, security information, and similar technical data.
Subscription and Transaction Information
If a subscription or purchase is made, payment processing may be handled by an app store, payment processor, or other authorized provider. JOZBEE may receive information regarding the transaction, such as subscription status, product purchased, transaction identifier, renewal status, or cancellation status.
JOZBEE does not intend to directly collect or store full payment card numbers when payment is processed by an authorized third-party payment provider or app store.
Information We Do Not Intend to Collect
Unless a particular feature clearly requires it and appropriate notice and consent are provided, JOZBEE does not intend to collect precise geolocation, government identification numbers, Social Security numbers, or other information that is unnecessary to provide the educational Services.
JOZBEE asks parents, guardians, and children not to submit such information through homework uploads, AI conversations, voice features, support requests, or other areas of the Services.
4. How We Use Information

JOZBEE will not use children’s personal information for targeted or behavioral advertising.
JOZBEE will not sell children’s personal information.
JOZBEE will not knowingly use children’s personal information for purposes materially unrelated to providing, maintaining, protecting, or improving the Services without providing any notice or obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
AI and Automated Features
JOZBEE may use artificial intelligence and automated technologies to provide educational explanations, tutoring assistance, practice activities, feedback, recommendations, interactive experiences, and other learning features.
Information submitted to an AI-powered feature may be processed by JOZBEE and authorized service providers solely as permitted by applicable law, contractual restrictions, and the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Where applicable law or an app-platform requirement requires parental notice, permission, or consent before a child’s personal information is transmitted to or processed by a third-party AI service provider, JOZBEE will seek the required authorization before enabling that processing.
JOZBEE does not intend for children's personal information submitted through the Services to be used for targeted advertising.
5. When Information May Be Shared
JOZBEE does not sell children’s personal information.
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, provide requested functionality, protect JOZBEE and its users, comply with law, or as otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
Information may be disclosed to:
Service Providers

Subscription and transaction information may be processed by Apple, Google, payment processors, or other authorized transaction providers according to their respective terms and privacy practices.
Legal, Safety, and Security Purposes
JOZBEE may preserve, access, or disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process; protect the rights, property, or safety of JOZBEE, our users, or others; investigate fraud, security incidents, or misuse; or enforce our Terms of Use.
Business Transactions
If JOZBEE is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law and appropriate protections for children’s information.
Any successor or acquiring entity will be required to handle personal information in accordance with applicable law and any privacy commitments that continue to apply.
With Parent or Guardian Direction
Information may also be disclosed when a parent or legal guardian requests or authorizes the disclosure, subject to applicable law.
6. Children’s Privacy and Parental Consent
JOZBEE is designed for children, including children under the age of 13, and is intended to be used under the supervision and control of a parent or legal guardian.
JOZBEE is committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and other applicable children’s privacy laws.
Parent or Guardian Account
A parent or legal guardian must create or control the primary JOZBEE account for a child. Children are not permitted to independently provide parental consent or represent that they are a parent or legal guardian.
Where required by law, JOZBEE will obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from a child.
The method used to obtain parental consent may vary depending on the information being collected, how it will be used, applicable law, and the features being accessed.
Notice to Parents and Guardians
Before requesting parental consent where required, JOZBEE will provide appropriate notice describing the personal information JOZBEE seeks to collect from the child, how that information may be used, whether and how it may be disclosed, and the rights available to the parent or guardian.
JOZBEE will not require a child to disclose more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity.
Parental Rights
Subject to applicable law and appropriate verification of identity and parental authority, a parent or legal guardian may:
Review personal information collected from their child.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion of their child’s personal information.
Refuse to permit further collection or use of their child’s personal information.
Withdraw previously provided consent, subject to applicable legal limitations.
Request deletion of the child’s profile or account information.
Ask questions about JOZBEE’s privacy practices.
Withdrawal of consent or deletion of certain information may prevent some or all JOZBEE features from continuing to function for that child.
Verification and Protection Against Unauthorized Requests
To protect children and their information, JOZBEE may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of a person requesting access to, modification of, or deletion of a child’s information.
JOZBEE may decline or limit a request when we cannot reasonably verify the requester’s identity or authority, when retaining information is required or permitted by law, or when another lawful exception applies.
Information Collected Without Prior Parental Consent
In limited circumstances permitted by law, JOZBEE may collect certain information without first obtaining verifiable parental consent, such as information necessary to respond to a one-time request, protect the security or integrity of the Services, provide support to a parent, or take other actions expressly permitted by applicable law.
JOZBEE will use information collected under such an exception only as permitted by applicable law.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
JOZBEE retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain security and integrity, satisfy legitimate operational requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Children’s personal information will not knowingly be retained longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary, JOZBEE will take reasonable measures to delete, de-identify, or otherwise securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate exceptions.
Account and Child Profile Deletion
Parents or legal guardians may request deletion of their JOZBEE account or a child profile and associated personal information.
Deletion requests may be made through available account controls or by contacting JOZBEE using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy.
Following a valid deletion request, JOZBEE will delete or de-identify applicable personal information within a reasonable period, subject to information that JOZBEE is legally permitted or required to retain.
Certain information may remain temporarily in backups, security records, fraud-prevention systems, transaction records, or other systems when retention is reasonably necessary or legally required. Such information will remain protected and will be deleted or de-identified in accordance with applicable retention procedures.
8. Data Security
JOZBEE uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.
These safeguards may include access controls, authentication measures, encryption or other protections where appropriate, security monitoring, restricted access to personal information, and reasonable security practices for service providers that process information on JOZBEE’s behalf.
However, no website, application, electronic transmission, storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, JOZBEE cannot guarantee absolute security of information.
If JOZBEE becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, JOZBEE will investigate and take appropriate action and provide notifications when required by applicable law.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
JOZBEE may rely on third-party service providers to help operate and support the Services, including hosting, data storage, authentication, payment processing, analytics necessary for operation and security, artificial intelligence processing, speech or voice processing, customer support, and other technical services.
Where third-party providers process personal information on JOZBEE’s behalf, JOZBEE will seek to use providers subject to appropriate contractual, privacy, security, and legal requirements.
JOZBEE does not authorize third-party service providers to use children’s personal information for their own targeted or behavioral advertising.
The Services may also contain links to websites, applications, or services operated by third parties. JOZBEE does not control the privacy, security, content, or practices of independent third-party services.
Parents and guardians should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party service before allowing a child to use it.

When this Privacy Policy is updated, JOZBEE will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
If JOZBEE makes a material change affecting the collection, use, or disclosure of children’s personal information, JOZBEE will provide any additional notice and obtain any new parental consent required by applicable law before applying the change to information previously collected.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
Continued use of the Services following an update will be subject to the updated Privacy Policy, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
